Brandon Mastrippolito, an awarding winning Director of Cinematography has also entered the ranks as a Director. Brandon was born into a family of filmmakers. Growing up immersed in the film and television industry, he started shooting super 8 and 16 mm as a child. Working as a Camera Assistant and Camera Operator for legendary Cinematographers Haskell Wexler, Conrad Hall and Michael Ballhaus, Brandon continued to expand his knowledge of the craft from some of the best in the business. His talents also led to his work on such feature films as SPIDERMAN with Don Burgess, RUSH HOUR with Adam Greenberg and GODZILLA with Ueli Steiger.
Brandon’s work can be seen weekly on such television series as MODERN FAMILY, DON’T TRUST THE B… in APT23, BETTER OFF TED, VERONICA MARS, SWINGTOWN, BIG TIME RUSH and many more… His talents have been recognize by industries leading award shows, including his most recent feature film, CAMP FRED, which he shot in Los Angeles in 2012, and has been nominated for multiple awards including the up coming DGA awards.
